Robin oddly felt normal for once. If this was what normal felt like. He was having breakfast with a lovely young woman. Making small talk and smiling. For once he didn;t feel the stirrings of his evil side wanting out. But he knew it wouldn't last. Yeah.. it is nice. he said absently as he stared out the window as well. I better get going. he said laying out the money for the bill as he stood. He lookedto Casey. Maybe I'll see you around. he said almost in a hopeful tone. H eknew he shouldn't want to see her again. But she looked so adorable in her coffee ruined shirt.

Casey sat at attentions when he said he should be going and moved to leave. She thought she might have frowned a little and wanted to open her and keep him from leaving but she knew better, knew he had work to do and she really should too. “Yeah, maybe we’ll meet again.” She replied in the same hopeful tone. “Thanks again for everything.” She repeated as he laid the money down for the bill, feeling rather useless. When she felt him looking at her, she glanced down and glared at the ruined shirt. “Yeah I better go find something a little more presentable to put on.” She joked and wished she could just strip the shirt off but it was a long way back to that University, too long to be in a soiled shirt. “See ya around Robin.” She said sweetly and walked towards the door, looking back over her shoulder before leaving.

Robin followed her outside. See you around, Casey. he said as he watched her a moment as she walked away. He shook his head and headed the other way to go to work.
And all through teh day he found teh image of Casey spilling coffee on herself filling his mind.

Casey changed as soon as she got home, glaring at the dirty shirt. She couldn't bring herself to throw it in the rest of her clothes to be washed though. Like looking at it reminded her of their encounter. Spending the rest of her day in a nice distracted haze, she was happy when night came and found herself dreaming of this strange man, coming off as a hero in her unconscious thoughts, one who saved her from disaster.
She was up early the next morning and found herself sitting in the same spot of the coffee shop just as soon as it opened, waiting for a familiar face to walk through the door. She had on a clean light blue tank top, and grey sweat pants, as she hoped to get to working out later in the day. She had a coffee cup sitting in front of her on the table, halfway gone already, and leaned on her elbows on the table, just looking out the large window as if searching the crowd for something.

Robin came to the coffee shop about an hour after it opened. He went to the counter and ordered his usual black coofee then turned to go to his usual table. He paused though as he spotted the girl that had filled his thoughts all day yesterday. Casey? he said as he sat down with her. What are you doing here? he asked, a smile on his face.

Casey smiled when he joined her and she wondered herself what in the hell she was doing here. Maybe she should have waited at least a solid week before coming back here and then she could just casually run into him. But she sure hadn’t thought this through that much; it was more just a need to see him again, a need to have a friend and someone to talk too. “I hope you don’t mind. I may just have picked this up as my new favorite spot. Can’t find better Danish anywhere else,” she said softly with a bright smile. She leaned back off her elbows, and looked across the table at him, hoping her mind had made him up to be better looking or something than he really was, but that wasn’t the case, it was spot on.

I don't mind at all. he said with a smile. Then against his better judgement the next words just flowed from his mouth. Hey. Do you have any plans for today? he asked as he sipped his coffee.

((What else is new? Getting a little lazy, sleepy head?)) Casey grinned when he said he didn’t mind and felt her whole body just relax as she picked up her cup and took a sip, just gazing over at him, finding it hard to look at anything else. When he asked his next question, she was a little surprised and sat there probably looking like a real idiot with her mouth slightly parted. “Um .. “ she voiced, looking down at the table. “Well I was going to hit the gym a little later, why?” she asked trying not to anticipate anything. “You have some bright idea?” she asked tilting her head, the end of her red pony tail almost getting into her cup.

((a little bit lol))
He chuckled and nodded. Maybe. I actually have teh day off. I was wondering if you'd like go to central park... have lunch later. he said. he mentally kicked himself the moment he said it. She had beeter things to do than be around him. And he shouldn't be hanging around her anymore than he already was! it was too dangerous.

Casey grinned and responded with a slight laugh. "Lunch in the park sounds great." she said, her voice getting a little lighter with a hint of flirtiness starting to form. That would surely put her plans to work out on hold as she wouldn't want to be all sweaty and tired to have lunch with a guy. Chuckling to herself her crazy horrible mind started coming up with ways they couldn't get sweaty and tired together and unfortunatly none of them involved the gym. Clearing her throat, she took another drink of coffee, wishing it was rather a cold liquid to cool her mind off and wash those thoughts away, though part of her wanted them to linger. "I guess the gym will still be there another day," she said trying to keep from looking him in the eye.

Casey listened and nodded happily. "Yeah, three hours." she repeated, mentally marking the time in her head so she wouldn't be late. She stayed in her seat taking in all this as he stood and her grin widened. "I'll see you there." she said, thinking in her head of all the things she should do. Should she change, or bring something, or get ready or what? Taking a deep breath she just eyed him, looking him over before glancing out the window, hoping at least for a nice afternoon weatherwise.

(Lol, alright) Casey grinned as she watched him go by the window. She got up and payed for her coffee and walked outside taking a deep breath of fresh air. Knowing she had three hours, she headed for the gym as she planned. Working out always made her feel at ease about herself, and she have the nice glowly look around her for lunch. After the gym she headed home, showered, changed and let her hair down which was very odd and unnatural for her. She was waiting at the park just in time to look around for him.

Robin strode up the sidewalk and smiled when he saw her. He walked up behind her and whispered low. Guess who. it just seemed so natural to do such a thing. It felt odd for him to feel like this. He just hoped his sanity would last through lunch.
