Well I want to clarify that I in no way shape or form meant any disrespect on the US army by that. I just meant that the gifted could be viewed as a threat to society and are hunted...nothing against them.
But to make it better, perhaps people just begin to hunt them of their own accord?
I think we really need something to throw the world into chaos...mainly because chaotic storylines are usually more fun and people want to participate more...so idk.
I'm just trying to give ideas lol.

It doesn't have to be the military. Personally, I don't want it to be the military either, because it's too complicated - like, the different branches of the military, getting the characterization right, plus the relationship the military may have with past/current members of the site, as Katie has expressed.
It could be a covert branch of the government, any one of them in fact. X-Men has done that though...
I acknowledge and admit that I don't play a significant role within the site anymore, in regards to roleplaying, so I will be happy to support whatever changes that members have decided are best for the site to incur.

Other possibilities could be:
A collector, who views gifted as sub-human posessions? Fanatics/fanboys, seeking to expose them and be given credit for their findings? A revolution within the gifted community for them to reveal themselves?

Could said collector have an ability to turn gifteds into dolls/action figures or maybe even...trading cards? Collect the whole set! Haha.
If we did those two ideas we would have to find out what ability to give him to make it realistic...I would have to check the gifts allowed *shrugs*
Although I think it would be a really cool idea.
