Katana's phone began to play Lose yourself "Excuse me." he whipped out the phone "Ianna whats going on with you and if your in trouble I'm not able to help right now.......really? cool. So it's safe there now? Good to know all right thank you for the update. Hey I've got a question some idiot tried to shoot me and epicly failed did anyone one of your girls see him?............Was it me?...........ok thanks bye." He shut the phone. "Well now I can say for sure he's not coming to get anyone anymore." Katana said with a smile.

"Actually no I didn't I knocked him out. The saints killed him. I disagree with there methods but I guess they work." He sighed he didn't like what he was called it hurt him a lot he didn't kill...much ok he killed with a just cause. "You shouldn't make assumptions." he said with a hurt tone he tried to hide it but failed. "I'm not...homicidal Just........protective that's all." A tear went down his eye as he wiped it away he nearly chugged his drink. tears I haven't cried since...ever I mustn't it's a sign of weakness. "I...don't kill honest." Ok thats a lie I've killed three people but she doesn't need to know that. "I swear Amber please I don't kill!" He wasn't yelling just trying not to cry it was difficult though.

Amber looked at him, her eyes wide. Her breathing picking up a bit. Ok ok.. just... calm down. and don't kill me. ((that's a thought that he should over hear lol)) She pressed herself against the wall, her hands shaking. Who were these saints he refered to? and why would saints kill anyone. saints were good religious people right?
((he should try to comfort her, like pull her into his arms.. or... kiss her on impulse to try to make her beleive he wasn't a killer lol idk))

Katana moved closer "I'm not going to hurt you I swear." Katana moved very slowly and took a step to the side if Amber wanted to run she could do it with ease. "Look the university checks criminal backgrounds I'd be in jail all right? But I'm here" He took another step closer then without thinking ran his fingers through her hair. "I won't hurt you I swear it but if you want me to go away I will you'll never see me again ok all you have to do is say so but..." He gave her a kiss on the cheek "I wanted to at least give you one kiss." He said as he backed away "Look if you never want to see me again I'll take my stuff and leave New York ok?" Liar. His brain told him. He pleaded on the inside she would find him to be ok and trust him.
(hows that for drama?)

Amber sucked in her breath as he fondled her hair and kissed her cheek. She tried to swallow past the lump in her throat, but her mouth was so dry. His words played in her head and for some reason she found she believed him, even though her instincts told her to run. She looked at him, her gaze locking with his. i.... I'm sorry I called you homicidal. she whispered sheepishly as her cheeks burned with embarrassment. She lowered her gaze to the floor ashamed of her actions.

Amber watched him leave her. She went to the bathroom and washed her face, trying to regain her composure. She stared at herself in the mirror a long while before she finally dried her face then went to Katana's bedroom door and knocked hoping he wasn't mad at her.

Katana heard the knock it took him a few seconds to get up and open it he opened it all the way "Is something wrong?" He asked worried about what she'd say.

Katana said with a friendly smile "I wanted to show you that I cared and that I wasn't a bad person and suddenly I just kissed you part of me was mad at myself for doing so the other was worried you may not ever want to see me again, so I wanted to kiss the first girl I've been able to feel for in..." Katana counted his fingers. "Seven years." He said. "I haven't been able to feel for a woman for seven years. Then I met you and all those feelings came back to me it was like you sparked something in me and I'm happy I met you but I fear we got off to a REALLY bad start." He did not yell the word really just said it slightly louder then normal to show he meant it.
"I know we've only known each other for what three hours maybe? not even? and half of that time whatever it may be you've spent being afraid. I don't blame you though, if I were you I'd feel the same way. He sighed still hurt but not mad. he went on, "It's not often that I care about people, but ever since you It's like all those closed doors for giving a damn opened again.

Amber chewed her lip as she stepped closer to him. Katana... I... i'm not mad at you. I kinda like you too. she said softly as she reached up and tentively pushed his hair fomr his face. Her blue eyes peered up at him with a softness that confirmed her words. She licke dher lips lightly before she stood on her tip-toes and kissed teh corner of his lips, letting her own linger there before she slowly pulled back and met his gaze.

That was unexpected. Katana thought to himself He liked it though and smiled around three percent of that smile was a flert not much ands hardly noticeable but it was to the closely trained eye. He hugged her, "Next time we go somewhere I'll make sure there's no shooting." He said.
