Katana smiled "Not your fault I just got beaten a lot thats all." He said as he felt someone bump into him. Sorry. the person said Katana wasn't fooled He grabbed the man and pulled out the keys to his car and his wallet. "Next time you decide to pickpocket try someone whose stupid." Katana said as he let the man go. "Anywhere else you'd like to go?" He asked as if nothing happened.

Amber bit her lip and tried to fight back a giggle. You're very clever aren't you? she said as she walked with him towards the door. Once outside she paused by the car and glanced about. I don't know. Is there somewhere you'd like to go, Katana? she flashed him a sweet warm inviting smile.

"Not real-" There was a bang like a gun shot in fact it was a gun shot Katana didn't duck like the rest of the people did a bullet just wizzed past his cheek making a small cut. "Wow you must really suck if you missed me." He noticed the red dot on his head, "and a laser pointer too nice but you still suck tell you what I'll just stand here and you can fire the entire clip at me...wait let me pose." Katana put his hand on his hip "Wait prayers." Dear Lord please let this man keep sucking at shooting because he really does suck! Amen." Katana wasn't afraid at all it was the same man who tried to pickpocket him. The man fired slowly...very slowly BANG! two seconds later BANG! another two BANG! This went on until he fired all six rounds each one missing Katana by around six inches.everyone had gotten down.
Katana looked around..."Wow you really do suck I mean C'mon I wasn't even moving and you missed me honestly how hard is it. Katana charged to him and slammed his face into the ground. He didn't see Amber "You ok Amber!?" He asked looking around.

Amber had dropped to the ground and crawled to the other side of Katana's car and then afew more cars just to be safe. Her heart racing she had her hands over her head and her head between her knees as she leaned against a truck tire. She hadn't seen Katana duck. She didn't know what was going on. She hadn't even seen the shooter. She didn't hear Katana call for her. Her heart was pounding so hard all she could hear was the blood pounding through her head.

"AMB-oh there you are." He said as he walked up to her Oh right not everyones used to bullets like you are Katana. He slapped his forehead with his palm. shouldn't have been so cocky the shooter was either dead or knocked out cold Katana didn't care what one it was. He picked her up holding her like a knight holds a princess and put her in the car buckling her seatbelt for her. "Everything is fine." Was that man insane no that cannot be there's always a motive perhaps it was A Red Rose no no they don't use guns nor do they hire hitmen. Then who could it be oh right those damn ninjas.
The Ninjas were a gang that Katana had a bad history with he wondered if that was it. He decided not to think about it and just drive back to the university. once he got back he slowly opened the door on Ambers side wondering if she was still in shock he stood there. "Do you need help walking?" He asked her.

Amber had let him carry he rto the car. she didn't speak a word teh entire ride back to tehir dorm. When he spoke, standing outside her car door, she finally looked up at him as if she'd just heard him. No.. i.. i think i can manage. she said a bit hesitantly as she slowly stood. She was a bit dizzy from the adrenaline rush though and ended up stumbling forward and into his arms.

He put her arm around his neck and carried her the same way no one seemed to notice or care. He opened the door and then walked in sitting Amber down on her bed he went back to the door and locked it. "I'm sorry you had to go through that." Katana said

Amber nodded absently as she swallowed hard. Or tried to. her mouth and throat were dry. Her hand went absently to her her heart shaped locket and she stared ahead. she took a deep breath and slowly looked up to meet Katana's gaze. Why didn't you run like everyone else? she asked him in a small weak voice.

Katana looked her in the eyes "I've had so many things shot, thrown, swung you name it and I've been attacked by it, I could tell he'd miss the way he stood gave it away." Katana said "I'm sorry for not doing something about it sooner." He added with a sigh. Well that went well Katana. He mentally muttered to himself.

She bit her lip. Was he shooting at you? or was it just random? I didn't see where it was coming from. she grabbed her bear and held him tight to her chest as she pulle dher feet up under her on the bed to sit in a crosslegged style.

"The bullet was aimed at my jaw most likely so yeah he was aiming for me question I wanna know is...why?" Katana responded to his own question. "Hired most likely, lot of people hate me but I didn't know anyone would hate me enough to kill me." Katana went into his part of the room and got a mountan dew out of the mini fridge. "I know that was scary for you and I'm really sorry about that."

Amber slowly stood form her bed and walked up to Katana. Why would anyone hate you? Did you do something illegal? What happened to make someone want to see you hurt? she asked him, her blue eyes searching his eyes for answers. But she didn't expect him to give any. She knew she was getting into some personal issues here. BUt she wanted to know. Maybe she should request for a new roommate....

"Nah the Law and I have a good relationship never broke one in my life. But one time I went undercover for the police to bust a drug lord he figured out it was me who set them up and got them all arrested and such so he swore to kill me but the thing is he died in prison there's a cult that hates me but they don't use hitmen I'm guessing that guy was pissed because he couldn't take my wallet." Katana replied.
((nooooooooo don't get a new roommate lol))

Amber bit her lip as she gazed at him, she still clutched her teddy bear close to her chest. You don't think he followed us do you? You don't think who ever is after you is gonna come here do you? she asked, her nervous rambling starting to kick in. tears began to well in her eyes, fear making her voice quiver.
