One of the better branches of the Cavan family tree resides in suburban bliss in Cairo Illinois. Their house is oddly large, due to the fact that Desmond keeps adding to it whenever he gets the notion. There are over a dozen rooms in the house, including some that are quite large.
Desmond and Holly, of course, share the largest bedroom. Holly has taken it upon herself to make certain it is properly decorated in the highest fashion.
Each of the three children: Cassidy (10), Fiona (14), and Katrina (6) have a room of their own, decorated to their specific tastes.
There are three guest rooms. One has been specifically decorated to be a second bedroom for Morgan Cavan, and matches her tastes. The other looks like a pleasant hotel room, with a king-sized bed.
The living room is decidedly pleasant, with fashionable, yet comfortable furniture, including a handful of pull-out sofas, a flat-screen television, and a sinfully comfortable La-Z-Boy.
There is a game room, which has a pool table, a foos-ball table, and yet another television, with a Wii attached. There's also a La-Z-Boy here, though it looks far more worn then the one in the living room, for some reason.
The kitchen is pristine, and would make Martha Stewart blush, earn a "BAM" from Emeril, and cause Rachel Ray's jaw to drop.
There's a workroom, specifically equipped for various construction projects.
Most of the house is oddly clean, especially given how many children occupy it. Still, there are signs of occupation, such as Desmond's shoes, Kitty's toys, and Cassidy's sports equipment, none of which is in its proper place.
The bedrooms, game room, and two bathrooms are up a set of beautiful stairs. The living room, kitchen, work room, and garage are on the first floor. There is a basement, but it's usually locked...
