By all appearances a rundown old building, evicted and abandoned, The Inventor's Workshop is far more than meets the eye. Walking in the front door, anyone familiar with the Workshop back in England would easily recognize the reception area as the exact same the one in the UK, down to every minuscule detail. Even the front door, from the inside, looks like the large glass doors the Workshop had in England, which presents quite the bizarre effect when one walks through double glass doors and comes out of one old wooden door, or vice versa.
To the right upon entering is a plain counter with a bell in it, and behind the counter is a locked door. Directly forward from the entrance is another set of double doors, those these ones are made of a very heavy reinforced metal as opposed to glass.
The single door behind the counter, if opened, would lead to a set of stairs going upward. This leads to a beautifully furnished suite that's so clean it looks as if it's never been used. There is a kitchen with hideaway laundry, a dinette, a sunny TV room that has a window much larger than any on the outside of the house, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a guest room also with a bathroom. This is The Inventor's house, and it is scarcely used.
Through the double doors downstairs is the Workshop itself. Vast beyond measure (and definitely beyond the dimensions of the outside of the house), it is full to the brim with loud, clanking machinery that upon close inspection would appear to do absolutely nothing at all. This is where The Inventor does all of his inventing, and thus he spends the majority of his time here.
A door in this room leads to an even larger one, perhaps bordering infinite in dimensions. It is completely filled with rows and rows of high shelves, reminiscent of a warehouse. It is, unsurprisingly, called the Warehouse, and it is here that the Inventor stores his various inventions.
However, very few people will ever see anything besides the reception room, and even then only if they decide to enter a strange building falling apart at the seams.
