Okay, two quick questions about the Academy itself:
1) Are there "terms" and if so is one currently in progress, or is it mostly self-led independent studies year round?
2) Are Uni students allowed to associate in the Academy building and Academy students allowed in the University? I'm just asking because there seems to be a ton less of the older students and I'm not sure whether I'm restricted from the Academy boards, considering the two buildings are adjacent...

3) Are there commons areas in the Uni/Academy? I mean, indoors? Because I know there are grounds and classrooms and study halls and all but are there like rec rooms or just little commons areas that students/tutors can go to hang out without the pressures of school? [/size][/font] |

1) Both! Haha. Some people believe the term has a Summer where everyone goes home; some people (like myself) believe that school runs year-round. It's not really been established which is definitely definite.

Ah those people, are they all REALLY good at combat? Are they -all- really good at combat? No. Are a lot of them really good at combat? Yes. Would fighting any of them, even ones not good at fighting, be a good idea? Certainly not. Think about it like an army. Not all of them fight, but they all work together to present a formidably fighting force. Some people are healers, some people are planners, some people are defenders, some people are fighters, etc. Everyone has a job to do and they all help each other out in some way. |

I always worked on the presumption that the Academy/University would adopt the school year of the country/city they resided in. But aside from that, I didn't even realize that there was a school year where it never ended  |

I used to go to a year round school.
We had the same number of days as a normal school but it was distributed differently.
We had a lot of week long vacations scattered throughout the year. -nod-
but I don't even know if that's what you meant.

But Harley, (or Adder if you prefer) does it have to be my thread? Because if it does then I'm very sorry. I figured it said academy therefore I could ask questions about the academy and throw in the university while I'm at it because they are almost the same thing. I'm not trying to be a smartass I'm being honest when I say all this So If it does have to be my thread then I am truly from the bottom of what little I have left of a heart sorry. (Don't ask about the heart thing. You don't want to know it's not an insult though.) |
