☆Personality☆
He lives a private life and prefers to be alone not with company. Bill is very oblivious to things and most people believe because of this that he's very gulliable but secretly Billy is quick and barely believes anything anyone says. He's a wise old man but tends to be forgettful not really paying attention to anything or anyone. He drifts through life but he is the sort of guy who sits in the back observing not saying anything. William llikes to help people by doing simple tasks and is willing to do anything for his friends.
☆History☆
Born back in the Earth year 1509 he was transported to Earth by a witchclan and raised by catholic priests after this clan was burnt. Eventually he discovered his ability to talk to the dead and was called a witch and ranaway from where he was living Ireland. By 1525 he was living in England as a slave for the great kind Henry the eighth. He enjoyed that job and remain until the death of the final Tudor family member Elixabeth I. Then he ranaway to Europe and ended up in France helping people by letting them communicate with the dead.
By 1672 he was moved to Belgium where he studied human nature much more in detail by moving around as a ballad. He did in fact meet another demon who turned out to be his Uncle, Mortimer and he then met his whole family. He stayed with them until around the 1700s after learning much more about his species he was back in human society. In 1763 he was back in Germany teaching a young boy, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart history for a year but he became a famous composer so William moved back to France. By 1777 he was near death and had to end up feeding off the live force of pupils he taught history and liteature to.
He started to buy plants and fell in love with a florist fed her plants and her life force. By 1788, Molly, his lover passed away. Devastated a year later he joined the revoulution feeding on the rich for life force and became a lot stronger. Near the end he decided to leave France and snuck on a boat to the new land: America. There he discovered more and more about the magical beings on Earth along with him. He met a faerie who fell in love with him and gave his life force to William. By 1800s he worked in the White House teaching the children.
William was really start to enjoy himself and became close friends in the 1850s with Abrham Lincoln who died in 1861. Moving on with life William got to the point where he had nothing in America (for he was firred after Lincolin's death) so he left back to England. There in the late 1800s to around 1910 he became part of the publishing company that made Arthur Conan Doyle famous. Though by the war he went out mostly feeding on soildiers life forces and was an alright soildier.
He didn't enjoy that life so he arrived back in England swearing that he would never be on the battlefield ever again. In the 1920-40s he spent his time teaching as a history professor at a university but by the 50s he moved to Liverpool to retire. In 1962 he met Johnny, Peter, Gregory who needed a drummer an instrument he mastered in five minutes. They formed the sucssesful band called the Narwalls. Though the only time the band ever heard him speak when the band was formed was accidently after a recording he shouted "I've got blisters on me' thumbs!" a famous cult classic line. Unfortunately Johnny got a new girlfriend in the late 60s early 70s who affected the band so much they broke up.
Billy lived a quiet life in the 80s and 90s but did appear in the film about the Narwalls pretending to be an actor. After that he spent the remaining time in liverpool but decided to move again after hearing rumours of an academy. There he became a tutor in History again and found out all about the gifted ones and others. Usualy William has no one in his classes but that doesn't matter as he doesn't turn up himself.
