Go to the Wiki and choose Upload a New Image from the sidebar. It's just under Roleplayers and Create a New Article, and just above Recent Changes/Random Page. Click Browse and choose the image if you saved it on your computer. If not, copy-paste the link into the box. If you don't know the Licensing, you can select the Don't Know option, but if it's a picture, I'm pretty sure it's Public Domain. Click Upload File.

Go to Al's page and click Edit. Look at Al's CharaBox and click the middle of the white rectangle below the blue rectangle containing his name. Look at the top of the page where it says "Insert" and choose the icon that looks like a picture frame. A box should pop up showing the recent uploads. Find Al's picture and click Insert this image. Choose Full-size and click Insert File. The pop-up box should now go away. Click Save Page. :)
