Cylo was either oblivious to Kirien's display of embarrassment, or was just doing a stand-up job ignoring it, but by the subtle smile he wore while looking not-quite-completely away from her, it was made pretty obvious that the latter would be the wiser choice.
He nodded distractedly as Kirien took her flustered leave, and watched the developments upon the stage with interest when she arrived there. He actually noticed the present swap, and grinned, curious to see what Pawn Spade had won instead, but was disappointed to see that he didn't intend on opening it in front of everyone.
He didn't have much time to pout about this, though, because Kirien quickly rectified her 'mistake'. Cylo raised a quizzical eyebrow; unless he'd been mistaken, Kirien had just had an attack of conscience. That was definitely interesting, but Cylo had been noticing a lot was different with her lately, and a warm sort of smile came unbidden onto his face as he thought about it.
It may have been lucky or it may have been unfortunate, but either way, it was just then that Cylo heard his name called, and headed for the stage himself. Honestly, he'd have been happy with just the one present -- he was used to living in a home where Christmas gifts were scarce -- but he wasn't about to turn down his Secret Santa.
He bounded onto the stage, momentarily ignoring Kirien while she finished up her own business, and raised both his hands in the air in greeting, scanning the crowd for the one who would be gifting him. Nobody looked particularly suspicious, but then again, Cylo didn't exactly know what he was looking for, anyway.
