"Sure ye could," insisted Rae, nodding, "after all, ye have th' right equipment, dinnae ye?"
She eyed him, carefully not looking lower than she needed to. There were some things that the lesbian did not want to see, or even think about. Locke's "equipment" lay very close to the top of that list.
"An' ye wouldnae act like me, ye idjit," she crossed her arms, "ye couldnae even if ye wanted tae. Nae, ye'd act like yeself. 'sides, tha's who ye lass fell for. Nae fir some cheap knock off o' m'self."
She tossed her hair then, preening slightly. After all, she was Raelena St. John, and clearly quite amazing. Just, not the type of amazing that little, innocent Kiri should be looking toward.
"Jus' give it a wee bit o' time. Ye'll ken whether ye should or nae," Rae nodded. She then patted Locke on the head. Not a bad kid, really. Clearly cared about Kiri, and that earned several dozen brownie points. Though Rae was seriously considering watching over this relationship, it looked like it needed it. Maybe she'd just nudge Kennedy... that should work.

Normally Locke would have flipped out that someone patted his head. It was sort of an issue with him, Rae should consider it a great compliment that he didn't. Not like she'd know that.
She had a point though, it was him that Kiri liked, so why should he ask other people what he should do?
At that second Locke's eyes went wide with realization. And then he laughed. It started as a chuckle, but quickly grew into a loud laugh. He wiped a tear from his eye after a moment and smiled, sides still heaving from the laughing fit.
"I'm sorry." Locke said with a smile, wiping his eyes. "It's just, of all people, I didn't think I'd be getting relationship advice from a Scottish Rock star Lycan Lesbian Sex Fiend. It's just too funny. Who'd have guessed it eh?" He fell back into another series of chuckling before he managed to regain his composure.
"So, let me see if I understand this...without meeting each other, purely by coincidence, we both effected each others relationships? That's weird....almost makes me start to believe in fate..." Locke mused for a moment.
"But seriously, you and Eve...I can't imagine how that worked out...I thought you two would hate each other at first glance..."

"E'eryone says tha'," murmured Rae, chuckling. Then again, she did seem like quite an odd person to turn to for relationship advice. Just goes to show you can't judge some people.
"Aye, tha' we did," agreed Rae, nodding. "Odd, it'init? Small world an' all tha'. I dinnae ken whether it makes me believe in Fate, but makes ye wonder aboot a few thin's..."
Rae actually refused to believe in Fate, for various reasons. None of which someone in Locke's position was going to find out. For that matter, she hadn't even told Kennedy those reasons. Some things just shouldn't be expressed.
The lycan chuckled, shaking her head. "World's f**ked oop, lad."
She glanced over at him, smirking then. "Eve an' I fought, an' I kenned she hated me at first. Jus' ended oop clickin' after a while. She's an odd one, but I lo... like 'er well enough."
Huh, that was odd. Rae laced her fingers and tucked them behind her head, humming. "An' ye hardly one ta talk. Th' nerd an' th' wee blonde sweet'eart. Tis a bloody fairy tale."

Locke had screwed up saying that word often enough to know the first syllable by heart. Raelena St. John, known sex fiend was in love....with Eve. While Locke and Kiri seemed to be a fairy tale, Rae and Eve must have been fractured fairy tales, just as right, but not quite as we think.
Locke had spent a good deal of time here, and figured that the rockstar was probably very busy.
"Well, I am sure a rockstar like you has lots of important things to do, not to mention owning a club, so I'll be on my way then..." He said, starting to turn around.
"Oh and Rae." He said half turning, as if forgetting something.
"Thanks. I'll listen to your advice."
If she was in love too, no advice she could give him would be wrong, right?

Apparently Locke didn't catch Rae's slip up. Good for her. The last thing she needed was to have some random teenager meddling in her love life. Things were complicated enough as it was. You'd almost think Rae had side-stepped into a soap opera at some point. Probably about the time she heard about her best friend screwing one of his closest friends after saving her from a demon while she was being slightly brainwashed by his crazy ex-vampire girlfriend who may or may not want to kill everyone who knows him.
Sure, life was normal.
"Jus' listen ta th' parts wha' made sense," glibly replied Rae, punctuating with a wink. The rock star stuck her hands into her pockets, or rubbed them against her sides (can't remember if I gave her pockets or not, and I don't feel like looking.) Hands secured, she turned, heading on her own way.
Probably back to her Cave.
