Can high-level telepaths read minds from a distance? If so, how far?
Can a strong-willed average person prevent their mind from being read? What about another telepath?

yes. depends on the level of the Gift. Stage II could do some extreme distances, Stage III could do just about any distance they want, if they know the person. Familiarity always makes it easier.
yes, a strong-willed person can do it, and you can be trained to resist. For example, both Cavan siblings can resist it, as they received training explicitly toward it. Travis could also manage this. Really, the two strongest against it would be Kennedy and Travis. Another telepathy could mess things up easier.
Please note, that regardless of the situation, you'd have to know to resist.

I don't care if it's every once in a while, hence "watch the cursing" as opposed to "stop cursing." We're grownups here, I shouldn't have to watch you guys like I do my students at school. It's when it starts to be every single post that it starts to concern me. It makes me giggle when you say this. I take pride in being a minor, and the fact the kids you watch in school...are after all my age ^^ er...not that this commentary was er...needed. Heh...ummm so for question since I'm posting here...Should I umm change the smilies out because...I don't know about you all but the yellow ones are bugging me...and I think some really cool green ones would be nice...or...maybe like...four leaf clovers...since St. Patrick's day is coming up...idk? |

Are we accepting corporation-affiliated characters now? I know Chevy made one, and I think that siding with the corporation would actually be a good way to involve people more. It'd make plot less of a burden if you had help, too, wouldn't it?
