What's displeasing you? The speed? If you mouse over it, the marquee stops to allow you to click on each of the staff members.

Yeah, that was a complete guess. The question wasn't very to the point. But if that is what he is talking about, it seems to be that the scrolling is the issue, in which case I doubt the speed has anything to do with it.

I can only hope this isn't a joke account.
