Personality: It has to be fast, it's all about speed. To Leo anything done slow is not worth doing, and a large waste of time. He lives life at an insane speed, and when he is in action, he rarely lets up. One would be amazed to find he enjoys his leisure time almost as much as he enjoys speed, but most people have such a paradox. When he relaxes he is calm, when he is doing something he moves with a speed to fulfill the obligation as quickly as possible.
He's full of himself, and a bit of a prick, and is quick to berate people verbally for being too slow. He loves a good party though, so he often finds himself at them, even if people might not enjoy his company otherwise.
History: Leogare was born to a German family in the greatest city in the world. He had an attraction to speed, and unusually strong leg muscles. This led him to excelling in a number of physical activities. These range from Track and Field, to kick boxing to even swimming on occasion. These were all good ways to enjoy his unusual ability, but he quickly became disinterested due to the inability of anyone else to offer him a challenge. It was then that Leo found his one true love.
Drag Racing. Nothing gave him such a thrill as driving full speed through the busy streets of Brooklyn and Queens. Since his gift had not yet developed fully, he didn't have any advantage over the others, and it became his biggest joy. Until...
An accident. During a race, the driver Leo was racing against crashed into a small house, killing a mother and her son. The father pressed charges on the racers, and Leo faced a heavy sentence for his part in the tragedy. However while he sat in jail someone came to him, they said that he had an unusual gift, and that there was an Academy that could help him harness his ability. Leo, of course, was skeptical of the man. But when the man promised to have all his charges dropped, he was more then willing to sign on the dotted line.
He vanished from the jail and all of the paper work, and a message was sent to his parents saying that he had willingly accepted a job at a central US school for V.I.P drivers in exchange for the charges being dropped. They believe the story true, and Leo himself is waiting to see just what fun times lie at this Academy.
